Since this argument has been going on for sometime, and because I have NEVER seen a Paparazzi in the area, it's my suspicion that the yuppies on the counsel are trying to discourage people from coming to the UCB. This whole UMP thing looks like an easy excuse to keep "rowdy" comedy nerds from taking the extra parking spot Council members normally save for their extra cars.

2) Is this the reason why the Mayfair just became a "Gelsons". (Sure it was always owned by Gelsons, but they just Gelsified the joint much to everyone's dismay.)

3) They built on the private drive? Does this mean we're no longer going to see the cute Whitford-Kaczmarek's around anymore?

4) They're worried about this issue when they already give up so much parking to flat-out dangerous parking valets around Birds?
