It might be stupid, in that perhaps only very few people will pay that much, in which case they'll lower the price. But "robbery" would indicate they're doing something underhanded, which they aren't. People have the option to, you know, not pay that much, and go buy or rent the DVD, or opt out of seeing the movie at all.
