I don't plan to be in or near Los Angeles before April. I hope by then this woman is under lock and key someplace. Nobody is safe if she's not locked up. Where are the "authorities?" And, since when is a "court rep" capable of determining she's responsible enough to be let out of a locked ward? A couple of days ago, she was deemed "greatly disabled." What's the deal out there? Who's in charge?! I don't get it.
