At a publicist-orchestrated photo shoot in Malibu on Saturday devised to dispel persistent rumors that her skeletal figure is due to her unwillingness to consume solid food, a hired cameraman captures Nicole Richie taking a greedy bite of a huge hamburger. Just in case this photographic evidence of a healthy appetite proves insufficient in quashing nasty gossip about an eating disorder, Richie was also posed gnawing on the neck of still-living, fattened cow, a scene meant to demonstrate in more dramatic fashion her uncontrollable lust for red meat.

I'm not fooled. This photograph was obviously taken just as Nicole pulled the partially-digested hamburger from her stomach and out her mouth by shoving both arms down her throat at once. Sort of like how birds feed their young, only without the young.

I like how her hair has to be tied back for her to fake eating. And you never actually see the food in her mouth, only near it.
I wonder who took a picture of the same hamburger in the restaurant toilet 10 minutes later.
Is that a food coach in the background, all dressed up the athletics that must ensue to help Nicole's body remember how parastalsis is supposed to function?
