boomp3.com Jerry, of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream fame, announced his company's plans to host a Peace Day concert in September yesterday during a press conference. He even brought along noted peace advocate Maggie Gyllenhaal along to lend a bit of celebrity cred to the event, but things went awry immediately after the press conference ended. Rather than engaging Miss Gyllenhaal on a intellectual topics, he kept peppering her with questions regarding her younger brother, Jake. Jerry wanted to know about Jake's favorite flavor of ice cream ("Is he a Chunky Monkey guy? He seems like a Chunky Monkey guy."), whether he would object to having an ice cream named after him, what's he really like, and so on and so on. Maggie shrugged her shoulders and said that she didn't remember what her brother's favorite flavor was and that it could've been chocolate the last time she checked. Jerry seemed disappointed in the discovery that Jake was simply a chocolate man.
