"I got dumped once while naked..." So begins the umpteenth and (we think) final televised retelling of Jason Segel's exceedingly well-practiced cock-flaunting anecdote from the set of Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Seeing as he took pains to mix it up a little last night on The Tonight Show, we're almost sorry to see him step off the publicity roundabout just when his improvisatory spirit was just taking flight: "This is the first time [in my career] I might start getting recognized," he told Jay Leno. "Every person who's come up to me is staring directly at my crotch!" See? Now that's a story! [NBC]

He looks soooo much better with the weight loss. Cute in an 80's Judge Reinhold sort of way.
Mila Kunis was funnier in the 70's Show than the whole cast of this loser-fest.
Am I the only one who is over Apatow and his juvenile sense of humor?
@DirtyBirdie: I don't mind if the guy and his cohorts continue to make movies, even if it's just so I have something to watch at 4 a.m. a few years from now during a bout of insomnia.
But I am more than just a little tired of the funniest-movie-ever!!! nonsense. The 40 Year-Old Virgin wasn't the funniest movie ever. Neither was Knocked Up, and neither is this. (No movie is, but that's a lesson for another day.)
I know everyone has been waiting anxiously for my judgement. So here it is:
I'd probably hit it.
Ok, people. You do not see what makes this movie great. Let me show you with this simple list:
1. Puppets
2. Jason Bateman cameo
3. Dracula musical
4. Making fun of CSI
I get it, you're far too cool for Apatow comedy. Are you Apatow'd out? Does his surge of popularity make you cringe? Or do you really truly dislike it?
I don't think he and his band of players have made the best or funniest movies ever, but if you look at the collected works- start with Freaks and Geeks, of course- you can appreciate that these guys have done a good job making consistently enjoyable entertainment. And how many filmmakers and actors can you REALLY say that about?
