Wow, Kanye's going all out on his tour. It looks great.
Funny thing is, even a disappointing Robin Sparkles appearance is better than most all other comedy on television these days.
That having been said, I've been surprised that the post-strike episodes of Mother and many other shows have been distinctly disappointing. I was hoping the reduced episode load would have let them expend more creative ideas in the episodes left, where many post-strike shows have simply felt "phoned in."
Well, the Barney and Robin thing has been coming for a while....
But the original "Let's go to the Mall" was better.
(Is Britney going to go all Rabbit Boiler on Robin's ass now?)
Also, is it creepy that I don't find the thought of Larry King's head in a Futurama-esque jar to seem abnormal at all? Dude would probably actually seem more lifelike as an encapsulated noggin than he does now....
i beg to differ. robin sparkles is hilarious in all her videos...
i mean, come on, James Van der Beek and Tiffany making cameos? couldnt be better.
I liked everything about the video, except Robin Sparkles. I don't know, that character is just weird to me.
"Nope, still not funny" is what I say every time I click on A Call to the Bullpen.
@Hancock: Ha!
My thoughts exactly. What's with the weird vendetta against HIMYM, Seth? Last time I check there were about 300 horrible sitcoms on TV, and this... isn't really one of them. Maybe not brilliant, but what is, besides 30 ROCK? I know it's too easy to rag on TWO AND A HALF MEN, but surely you can find someplace more worthy to point the venom.
The Robin Sparkles thing was mildly funny the first time, but it's long dead. If Alan Thicke can't spice up an ep, there are some serious problems to be addressed.
I have to agree with jenalicious. I thought this week's episode was hilarious. I've even gotten my sitcom-hatin' boyfriend addicted to it. I really hope they get picked up for another season!
