As we learned last week, Brat Pack alum Rob Lowe's method of dealing with a pesky sexual harrassment charge made by his nanny includes letting the world know just how angry he is via blog. And coining our favorite new entry into the celebrity lexicon by calling the nanny's claims "false terribles." But as we saw on the Today Show this morning, nanny Jessica Gibson isn't letting catchy phrases stop her from standing by her accusations. And she's got one heck of a pit bull for an attorney to say that for her. Though Gibson could barely get a word in this morning, People reveals the lascivious nature of what exactly qualifies as a false terrible. The gory details and video of her interview, after the jump.
According to Gibson, Lowe was quite the rascal. In her lawsuit, she is alleging that the actor "put his hand down her pants" several times over the course of two and a half years. And late last year, he pulled the switcheroo and grabbed her butt. And just in case these moves weren't getting the point across sufficiently, Gibson claims Lowe "repeatedly exposed himself," just like a proper after hours flasher. But the bigger question, as Meredith Vieira pointed out this morning, is why Gibson would continue working for the Lowe family if the man of the house was as pervy as she says? Apparently it's hard out there for a nanny. She "needed the job," and as her lawyer points out, she finally left after all those years without a single prospect! If that isn't proof in the pudding, we don't know what is.

This entire interview seemed really weird to me. Gloria was her usual sparkling self, but I couldn't shake the feeling that Jessica looked like she was about to bust out laughing at any moment. Am I going insane?

The off-center mouth tells a tale of madness and danger, regardless of the veracity of the tale. It's not a reach for Rob Lowe to have greasy-raincoat behavior.

Sounds like she tried to set him up for this very purpose.
You would think Allred would train her client not to beam while discussing sexual abuse. I've seen press conferences with lottery winners who didn't appear this happy.

The real question is why do these wives allow hot young nannies into their homes? If you hire a 58 year old Guatamalan nanny no hanky panky will occur. I speak from experience.
"Gibson could barely get a word in this morning" is poor and misleading reporting. Having watched the video it never seemed like she was being restrained. Quite on the contrary, she was given ample time to respond and more than once didn't even open her mouth. She looked like a person who was waiting for her mouthpiece to respond. She came across as cold, calculating, untrustworthy. An opportunist.
Before even clicking on the link I already knew just who the attorney would be, then, Gee! What a surprise! Gloria Allred is more desperate for attention than La Toya Jackson in a room full of dead blind deaf mutes. Any possibility of a third grader with a pad and pencil guarantees a Gloria press conference and if there is a newsvan or chopper within fifty miles she's on the case trying to turn it into another Gloria-saves-the-world circus.
Jesus until I read these inane comments I thought Rob Lowe was doing the right thing and she must be just after the money. Now I sympathise with the nanny. The way you talk about this: 'Take her home and false the terrible out of her'.(that's sex boys! snigger) 'She's pscyho bitch pretty.' Is this intelligent comment in America?

I am very conflicted about this case. As I understand it, the term "Sexual Harassment" implies there is at least ONE ugly person involved. Otherwise, isn't it "Happy Lunchtime File Room Hour"?
