Seems to me that KH is one of these people who likes to make jokes at her own expense - "I'm so dominating. Ha ha ha". "I totally flirted with a gay man and I was so shocked he didn't pay my any attention. Ha, ha, ha." This can be charming and can be annoying. But it's a little boorish to turn it against her and say she's a needy bitch just because she says she is. I believe she's trying to be entertaining and that's a good thing. I say.

But Molly, you don't have to be jealous of any broad, no matter how good-looking. You're just as good, if not better than any gorgeous person. You're a great writer, you have a great sense of humor, you're intelligent, you help run one of the most popular blogs on the Internet, you clearly have some technical expertise to help run this blog, you're obviously efficient and hard-working, you sound like an interesting person. And Heigl's looks will fade. And most good-looking broads in Hollywood don't have much else besides their looks. The wonderful attributes you have will last your lifetime. This is why I grump at you focusing on other broads' looks. You're capable of much more than that. You're a great enough and intelligent enough writer to go after more important stuff.
Don't leave the big stories to the dudes. Your analysis is just as funny and astute as theirs. Don't leave the serious stuff to them. Too often, women are enocuraged to only focus on stuff that isn't very technical or serious, and only focus on superficialities as if they're not smart enough or entitled to handle the grown-up stuff.
