Having already offered you a glimpse at the making of the Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue Hitchcock portfolio, including some of the most incredible fake-emoting from Renée Zellweger we've seen since Oscars cameras caught Keira Knightley trying to look happy about Reese Witherspoon's Best Actress win, we thought it only fitting to now show you the final product. We put a few of our favorites after the jump; the rest can be found here. Pay particular attention for one classic shot of Seth Rogen fleeing from a crop-duster that finally answers the age-old question, "What if Cary Grant was a paunchy, 20-something Canadian Jew?"

Comments
Wow, Renée actually looks older than Julie Christie.
Charlize is sooooooo pretty it's unfair.
Kim Novak she ain't.
Well, I don't know what it says about me that when I saw Eva Marie Saint in the photo spread for Lifeboat, I thought it was Katherine Helmond.
Also, couldn't they have come up with a better shoot for North By Northwest? I couldn't think of a less Roger Thornhill-like person than Seth Rogen, and in any event, the Mount Rushmore scene is more iconic (by a smidgen).
The Lifeboat image really sucks.
Betty White looks awesome!
and we all know that Canadian Seths, are by and large, hot.
@procrastinator, esq.: In all seriousness, my first thought was "Oh, shit! Mona's back?!"
Poor Seth Rogen. That photo makes him look way fatter than he actually is, unless he put on serious chunk after his totally jumpable turn in "Superbad." Also, Gwyneth wishes she could fill Grace Kelly's ballgown. Please!
@eXXX: I agree, it looks terribly forced and plastic.
Actually they all look like forced & plastic photoshop jobs.
I don't see the appeal of Seth Rogan. IMO,he's not cute, not funny, can't act. Maybe he's a great guy in person? No Cary Grant, he.
Poor Seth Rogen, indeed (I guess they thought Clooney was too obvious). However, Charlize, Jodie and James McAvoy were fierce. And when isn't Jennifer Jason Leigh channeling Mrs. Danvers?
Well Cary Grant was sort of an English Jew if the various stories are to be believed.
One of them is that he was privately adopted from a Jewish woman.
And apparently he was circumcised which isn't customary in Britain except for religious reasons.
What? No shots of "Shadow of a Doubt"? Supposedly, that was Hitchcock's favorite of his films.
umm...why are they not even looking out the window in the "rear window" shot. was that a scene i missed? anxiously and eerily awaiting 21 to arrive at the door with food?
Jodie Foster looks less like 'Tippi' Hedren and more like that crazy lady in the diner who slaps her later on in the movie.
The one that says "I think you're EVIL! EVIL!!!!" Am I crazy?
Keira and Jennifer reenact the creepy hallway scene from Rebecca? Wait, what creepy hallway scene?
God, I love Mrs. Danvers. That lady was nutters.
Tang Wei!
Wow, that's Zellweger? I don't even recognize her when she's not making that squinty piggy face she always does.
@buttler: Hahaaaaaaa, too true!
This spread only makes the current Hollywood regime's inability to compare with the legends of Hollywood that much more pronounced.
Nice to see Jodie in the Birds shoot, though, since she usually plays such hard-as-nails roles. And I like Marion Cotillard to I give that 6 out of 10 stars.
Why are all the girls on the cover wearing the Jordan almond-colored wraps you get when you go to the gynecologist?
I like the Marion Cotillard spread.
@bestdamnedtapper: that is totally an "oh fuck what am I doing here" face Rogen is making
Enough with Gwyneth already, isn't she retired or something?
Jodie Foster would kick those birds' asses.
@procrastinator, esq.: I think it says only remarkably good things. At first, I thought it was Blythe Danner, which just proves that I don't pay much attention to women when making my first "spot any hot guys" pass over pictures.
Cotillard in psycho! yes! This might be her way of telling Hollywood "what, you think breakthrough actresses don't like stripping? I'm French."
Wasn't there the exact same North by Northwest shot done before in Vanity Fair (w/ a real leading man)- or am I repeating what's already been established?
Also- Charlize looks awesome. Love. Her. (take note Heigl)
Yeah, Charlize pretty much can't do anything wrong, I think.
That guy in the picture with Charlize looks like Sean Penn when he was sporting that stupid little mustache.
@Benovite:
Then they should have photoshopped out Rogen's spare tire. Or at least given him a girdle.
@Miss Anne Thrope: oh, but I love the spare tire!
Plus, I heard one of the VF editors interviewed on E! say that he's so NOT Carey Grant and choosing him for the pic is kind of their little joke. How sweet.
@hack-a-rific: The photo brings to mind Homer Simpson, in that episode when somebody poked his fat.
@heidiho: Bingo.
BooooRING!
More total suck, than honest homage...
Please, the sofa is less wooden than Paltrow.
@hack-a-rific: Entertainment Weekly did a photo series with Hugh Jackman as several different famous movie icons including that exact scene from NBNW.
And is it me--or at first glance does Robert Downey Jr. look like he is channeling Dr. Gregory House in that photo...
@CrankYank: Or, any episode of The Simpsons :)
oops, forgot to add this one@The Bitter Librarian: Maybe that's what I'm thinking of...but was there one wth George Clooney, too?
Funny, I thought the Rene pic was Madonna. She really does look about 20 years older. Yikes.
Somebody at Vanity Fair apparently doesn't like Ms. Zellweger.
"This spread only makes the current Hollywood regime's inability to compare with the legends of Hollywood that much more pronounced."
Gosh, I so agree...I get twitchy everytime some magazine does one of these stupid things. They are all sad jokes, every one of them.
